Returns are possible within 30 days*, calculated from the day of receipt of the order. To return items, they must be in the same condition as they were sent and have the original tags. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.

 *Custom-made items cannot be returned.
This applies to custom-made helmets, interchangeable shells and browbands.
If you choose colors, glitter finishes, stones, or other customizations and the product is specially made for you (such as a GLAM shell or personalized browband), the right of withdrawal expires.

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com including your order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
2. After notifying us of your return, you must send the item back within 30 days.
3. Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense, except when purchasing a HELMET. Returns are free when purchasing a helmet.
4. Ensure you have proof of shipment.
5. Upon receipt of your package, the return will be processed. The amount to be refunded (purchase amount, any shipping costs, and payment costs*) will then be credited to your account as soon as possible (normally within 8 business days, aiming for the same day of package receipt) and no later than within 14 business days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back. The sender remains responsible until the shipment is received.
