Service & repair for browbands

 

Does your browband need maintenance or are stones missing? At Vísolde, we offer a suitable service to restore your browband to optimal condition.

 

You can order individual stones via our webshop. After that, you have two options:

 

  • We send the stones to you so you can attach them yourself. Please select the correct color at checkout. Choose the correct number of stones – these are sold per piece.
  • You send the browband to us, after which we fully inspect, repair, glue and neatly return it to you. The press buttons will also be checked and replaced if necessary. The purchase of the stones covers our return shipping costs. The inspection and repair work is offered free of charge as a service from Vísolde.

Important:

Sending in a browband must always be announced in advance. Please contact us first so we can inform you about the process and provide the correct shipping address.

ℹ️ Note: this product is intended as an add-on for an existing Vísolde browband.

 Delivery time
Standard helmets and shells: Ordered on business days before 12:00 = shipped the same day.
Browbands, bracelets and Glitter helmets and shells: shipped within two business days.

Custom-made helmets and shells: shipped within 7 business days.

Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days after you have received the shipping confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the carrier and collection schedules.

Notification of delays
Despite our efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We do our best to inform you of any further delays.

Returns & Refunds

This applies to custom-made helmets, interchangeable shells, and browbands.
When you choose your own colours, glitter finish, stones, or other personalisations and the product is manufactured specifically for you (such as a GLAM shell or personalised browband), your right of withdrawal does not apply.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@visolde.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, The Netherlands.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.

14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification (except for products described above). As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

FAQs

For helmets: Measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Compare it with our size chart on the product page. Unsure between two sizes? Choose the larger one.

For browbands: Put the bridle on and measure the distance between the left and right side of the headpiece. That’s your browband size.

For bracelets: Measure the circumference of your wrist and choose the size that fits best.

Yes. The helmet features an adjustable dial system for a perfect fit and optimal ventilation. Many riders mention that it feels exceptionally light and stable.

Of course! You can easily try our products at home and return them within 30 days, as long as the tags are attached and the product is unused.

Each helmet comes with a leaflet explaining the swapping process, and there’s also a visual guide via QR code. Don’t worry – it only takes one click!

The browband can be changed easily by opening and closing the snap button.

The bracelet has an adjustable knot at the back; pull one side of the cord while moving the knot to tighten or loosen it.

Yes! You can choose your own colours and stones. Personalised shells/helmets/browbands are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned.

Each helmet comes standard with one shell. Extra shells can be ordered separately. If you order only the safety module, no shell is included.
