This exclusive GLAM design features a full stone pattern with a soft, elegant fade towards the back of the helmet. You choose the colour of the stones yourself, making every GLAM completely unique. A true eye-catcher.

No problem at all. During the phone consultation, we will discuss this in detail and find the right composition together.
You’re never on your own. We personally guide you towards a GLAM helmet that perfectly suits you.
How does it work?
- View all available stone colours in the images
- Choose four or five (4 or 5) colours that appeal to you
- Indicate whether you want the GLAM with or without letters on the back
- Add the product to your cart. In the comments field, you may (optionally) indicate your colour choices
- Place your order
What happens next?
- We receive your order and review it carefully
- We always contact you personally to discuss the colours and advise you
- We confirm the final colour selection by email. This email also includes instructions for sending in your helmet
- Once we receive the helmet, we get to work immediately. With great care, we place no fewer than 450 stones entirely by hand in the correct position

After placing your order, we will always contact you personally for a consultation about the stone colours. Up until after this consultation, you can cancel your order free of charge. Any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

- Each GLAM is custom-made especially for you
- Shipping within 14 working days after receipt of the helmet
Important to know
- Please check with the manufacturer in advance whether modifying the helmet is permitted and whether this affects the warranty
- Modifying a helmet is done entirely at your own risk. Vísolde cannot be held liable for the loss of (manufacturer’s) warranty
- Our service is purely cosmetic in nature
Delivery time
Standard helmets and shells: Ordered before 12:00 today = shipped the same day.
Browbands, armbands and glitter helmets and cups: shipped within two business days.
Custom helmets and shells: shipped within 7 business days.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and collection schedules.
Notification of delays
Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any further delays.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped and include the original tags. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.
To return the product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
- After reporting your return, you must return the item within 30 days.
- Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense, except when purchasing a HELMET. Returns are free when purchasing a helmet.
- Please obtain proof of shipping.
- After we receive your package, your return will be processed. The refund amount (purchase price, any shipping costs, and payment fees*) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within 8 business days, but we aim for the same day you receive your package) and no later than 14 business days. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products . The sender remains responsible for the return until we receive the shipment.
