Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped and include the original tags. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.

To return the product, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
2. After reporting your return, you must return the item within 30 days.
3. Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense, except when purchasing a HELMET. Returns are free when purchasing a helmet.
4. Please obtain proof of shipping.
5. After we receive your package, your return will be processed. The refund amount (purchase price, any shipping costs, and payment fees*) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within 8 business days, but we aim for the same day you receive your package) and no later than 14 business days. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products . The sender remains responsible for the return until we receive the shipment.
