Customer Service

As a customer service employee, you are the soul and business card of the company. You convey your enthusiasm for our products to customers, in both Dutch and English. You are cheerful and enthusiastic. After customers have spoken to you, there is a smile on their face. You know how to answer questions about our products carefully, but you also know how to easily explain our return policy to the customer. Calling, questions via e-mail or via social media, for you it is all fun to handle.

Stockroom

To ship the orders to our customers, our logistics team is indispensable. Orders from our customers are collected and shipped. In the returns department, every returned product is checked before it is added to the stock again. You know how to find all the products quickly and you are a star in arranging the orders.

Marketing and communication

You keep our website up to date, but also our social media. You are fully up to date on all trends in the horse world. You check the pages of our ambassadors and repost with love everything where our products can be seen. You put our new products on a beautiful photo and place them with a catchy text on the website. You are enthusiastic about our company and you try to convey this every day to whoever wants to hear it!

Design and product development

We excel in our inventive and really good products. We do not follow the masses but look at how we can develop a product that is really super good. You are happy to help with this. You keep an eye on the market and see where something can be improved. You also think along in solutions. What is not there, can perhaps be made by us and therefore still to come. One moment you are working out a completely new idea, the next moment you are designing a new design for a product or our website. You are especially very creative and inventive and you do not rest until it is really good.
