- Select four or five (4 or 5) colours you like
- Indicate whether you want the GLAM with or without lettering on the back
- Add the product to your cart. In the notes field, you can (optionally) specify your colour choices
- Place your order
What happens next?
- We receive your order and review it carefully
- We always contact you personally to discuss the colours and provide advice
- The final colour selection is confirmed by email
- With great care, we apply no fewer than 450 stones entirely by hand in the correct positions

After placing your order, we will always contact you personally for a consultation about the stone colours. Until after this consultation, you can cancel your order free of charge. Any amount already paid will be fully refunded.
You are therefore not committed to anything until you feel completely confident about your GLAM.

Is the Vísolde shell compatible with other helmets?
No, the shell is exclusively designed for the Vísolde riding helmet.
How do I maintain my shell?
Clean the shell with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
What if I want multiple colours?
No problem! Simply order multiple shells and switch whenever you like.

DELIVERY TIME & RETURNS
Ordered on working days before 12:00 PM = dispatched within 14 working days.
You will receive a track & trace link as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Custom-made products cannot be returned.
This applies to custom-made helmets, interchangeable shells and browbands.
If you choose colours, glitter finishes, stones or other personalisations yourself and the product is made especially for you (such as a GLAM shell or personalised browband), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Delivery time
Standard helmets and shells: Ordered before 12:00 today = shipped the same day.
Browbands, armbands and glitter helmets and cups: shipped within two business days.
Custom helmets and shells: shipped within 7 business days.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and collection schedules.
Notification of delays
Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any further delays.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped and include the original tags. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.
To return the product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
- After reporting your return, you must return the item within 30 days.
- Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense, except when purchasing a HELMET. Returns are free when purchasing a helmet.
- Please obtain proof of shipping.
- After we receive your package, your return will be processed. The refund amount (purchase price, any shipping costs, and payment fees*) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within 8 business days, but we aim for the same day you receive your package) and no later than 14 business days. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products . The sender remains responsible for the return until we receive the shipment.
