    • Elegance → up to 5 crystal colors
    • Sparkle → up to 2 crystal colors
    • Royal → up to 3 crystal colors
  4. Add the shell to your cart. In the cart, you can leave a note with your chosen crystal colors.

Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays at our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any further delays.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are possible within 14 days, calculated from the day of receipt of the order. To return items, they must be in the same condition as they were sent and provided with the original labels. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.

To return the product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
  2. After reporting your return, you must return the item within 14 days.
  3. Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense.
  4. Please ensure you have proof of postage.
  5. After receiving your package, the return will be processed. After this, the amount to be refunded (purchase amount, any shipping costs and payment costs*) will be refunded to the account as soon as possible (normally within 8 working days, the aim is the same day of receiving the package) and at the latest within 14 working days. We may wait with refunding until we have received the products back . The sender remains responsible until receipt of the shipment.
