Why choose the Vísolde riding cap?
With the Vísolde riding helmet, you combine top safety with style. Thanks to the innovative safety module, your head is protected against (rotational) forces. With the interchangeable shell, you can choose from 48 shells: classic black today, glossy pink tomorrow. Prefer to choose your own stone color? That's also possible with our "customize your helmet" option.
While riding, the shell is rock-solid. It also remains securely in place during a fall without rotation. While a traditional helmet stops abruptly upon impact, exerting enormous forces on the brain, the Vísolde helmet is designed differently: the safety module releases the shell in the event of a hard rotational fall. The outer shell stops upon impact, while the safety module—along with your head—has room to continue its movement. While traditional MIPS systems allow a maximum of 2 cm of movement, the outer shell of the Vísolde helmet has no limit on freedom of movement because the module completely releases the shell. Our helmet has been tested according to European guidelines and has the required safety certificate EN1384:2023.

SIZE ADVICE
We recommend size S/M for a head circumference up to 56 cm .
For a head circumference greater than 56 cm, we recommend size M/L for extra comfort.

Standard helmets and shells: Ordered before 12:00 today = shipped the same day.
Browbands, armbands and glitter helmets and cups: shipped within two business days.
Custom helmets and shells: shipped within 7 business days.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and collection schedules.
Notification of delays
Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any further delays.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped and include the original tags. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.
To return the product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
- After reporting your return, you must return the item within 30 days.
- Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense, except when purchasing a HELMET. Returns are free when purchasing a helmet.
- Please obtain proof of shipping.
- After we receive your package, your return will be processed. The refund amount (purchase price, any shipping costs, and payment fees*) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within 8 business days, but we aim for the same day you receive your package) and no later than 14 business days. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products . The sender remains responsible for the return until we receive the shipment.
