HELMET DESCRIPTION
With the Vísolde riding helmet, you combine top safety with style. Thanks to the innovative safety module, your head is protected against rotational forces. With the interchangeable shell, you can choose from 48 designs: classic black today, shiny pink tomorrow. Prefer to choose your own stone color? That’s also possible with our ‘design your own helmet’.
While riding, the shell sits rock solid. It also stays firmly in place during a fall without rotation. Where a traditional helmet comes to an abrupt stop on impact, putting enormous forces on the brain, the Vísolde helmet is designed differently: the safety module releases the shell during a hard rotational fall. The outer shell stops at the impact, while the safety module – together with your head – has room to continue the movement. While traditional MIPS systems allow a maximum of 2 cm of movement, the outer shell of the Vísolde helmet has no limit on freedom of movement, because the module completely releases the shell. Our helmet has been tested according to European guidelines and carries the required safety certificate EN1384:2023.

SIZE GUIDE
For a head circumference up to 56 cm we recommend size S/M.
For a head circumference greater than 56 cm we recommend size M/L for extra comfort.

Notification of delays
Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays at our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any further delays.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are possible within 14 days, calculated from the day of receipt of the order. To return items, they must be in the same condition as they were sent and provided with the original labels. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.
To return the product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
- After reporting your return, you must return the item within 14 days.
- Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense.
- Please ensure you have proof of postage.
- After receiving your package, the return will be processed. After this, the amount to be refunded (purchase amount, any shipping costs and payment costs*) will be refunded to the account as soon as possible (normally within 8 working days, the aim is the same day of receiving the package) and at the latest within 14 working days. We may wait with refunding until we have received the products back . The sender remains responsible until receipt of the shipment.
