For a head circumference up to 56 cm, we recommend size S/M.
For a head circumference above 56 cm, we recommend size M/L for extra comfort.
Visolde Safety Module (shell not included)
The helmet is lightweight with an oval shape for optimal comfort.
The size is easily adjustable with a rotation knob and the height of the knob is also adjustable – ideal for ponytails or buns.
The chin strap is adjustable in both length and direction for a perfect fit under the chin or towards the throat.
The inner lining is soft, washable, and comfortable for daily use.
The helmet is EN1384:2023 certified and safe for official competitions.
Choose the right size
The helmet comes in two sizes for a secure and comfortable fit:
🔹 S/M – adjustable from 13 to 57 cm
🔹 M/L – adjustable from 55 to 59 cm
Our advice:
For head circumference up to 56 cm → choose S/M
For head circumference over 56 cm → choose M/L for extra comfort
Measure just above your eyebrows and ears for accuracy.
The smart adjustment system adapts both size and height, suitable for oval head shapes (about 75% of people).

The Vísolde helmet combines maximum safety with luxury style. Thanks to its innovative two-piece construction, the helmet safety base and the helmet shell (not included) are connected with a patented connection part.
Other helmets: the shell is glued to the safety module.
MIPS helmets: the safety module and shell are connected with a screwed-on metal plate, allowing up to 2 cm of movement.
Our helmet: the shell and safety module are connected with a button, allowing unlimited movement during a fall, but safely secured while riding.

During riding, the outer shell stays firmly in place – it does not move and also remains secure during a fall without rotation. There is no risk of the shell coming loose unexpectedly: it only detaches when necessary.
In the event of a hard fall involving rotational force, the design does exactly what it's supposed to do: the shell detaches, allowing your head (with the safety module) to rotate.

Standard helmets and shells: Ordered before 12:00 today = shipped the same day.
Browbands, armbands and glitter helmets and cups: shipped within two business days.
Custom helmets and shells: shipped within 7 business days.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and collection schedules.
Notification of delays
Despite our best efforts, unexpected volume delays with our carriers or (extreme) weather conditions may affect estimated delivery times. We will do our best to notify you of any further delays.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as when shipped and include the original tags. Incomplete or used products will not be accepted.
To return the product, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@visolde.com containing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for return.
- After reporting your return, you must return the item within 30 days.
- Send the products to: Vísolde® BV, Ambachtstraat 36, 2751 GP Moerkapelle, Netherlands. Shipping is at your own expense, except when purchasing a HELMET. Returns are free when purchasing a helmet.
- Please obtain proof of shipping.
- After we receive your package, your return will be processed. The refund amount (purchase price, any shipping costs, and payment fees*) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within 8 business days, but we aim for the same day you receive your package) and no later than 14 business days. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products . The sender remains responsible for the return until we receive the shipment.
